Experiencing Israel with Steve is a great way to see the multitude of local cultures, religions and culinary treats. Trek with him (by foot, car...or Ibex?!) across the country from Mt. Hermon in the north to the Gulf of Eilat in the south. Discover the mysteries and solitude of the Judean Desert and the never-ending maze of streets in Jerusalem's ancient, walled city. Eat your way through the souqs of Ramla before you relax with a glass of chilled Arak overlooking the Mediterranean in Tel Aviv. Wine taste your way across Israel, from the Golan Heights to the Negev, with your archeologist's hat on, as you become part of living history at the crossroads of civilization. Make Israel your new playground and its great outdoors your new classroom!
